weight loss.
It is a fact that fad diets are certainly not the best way to lose
weight. While these diets may help you see some weight loss at first,
they can be are extremely hard to adhere to over a period of time because
they strictly limit calories and food choices.
These diets can also be dangerous because many of them do not allow
for your body to get all the nutrients you need. If weight loss is your
only goal, your physical health will suffer in other areas unless the
weight is lost through sensible eating and regular exercise.
Do not try to lose too much weight at once. Most experts suggest that
it is healthy and feasible to lose 1-2 pounds per week. By exercising
often and eating well, you are more likely to retain the weight loss
than you would if you were to use fad diets.
